Returns Policy


At The SoundLab Music Store, we want you be in love with your purchase!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods you have purchased are:

  1. Faulty.
    2. Differ significantly to those shown, advertised or described.
    3. Not doing what they’re supposed to do.

We do not automatically accept returns and offer refunds for a change of mind. To initiate a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs once we’ve approved the refund. 

If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Any items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling will not qualify for warranty or replacement.
