If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods you have purchased are:

We do not automatically accept returns and offer refunds for a change of mind. To initiate a return, please email us email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs once we’ve approved the refund.
If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a store credit or refund.
Any items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling will not qualify for warranty or replacement.
